• Feedback Collection: Gather and document client feedback to help improve the RollPay platform and services.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally within the technology, software, or entertainment industries.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
