Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues related to the RollPay platform promptly and efficiently.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
- Onboarding Assistance: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use the RollPay platform effectively.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and document client feedback to help improve the RollPay platform and services.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally within the technology, software, or entertainment industries.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
