Roles and Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients by leveraging industry contacts, attending networking events, and conducting targeted outreach. Initiate and nurture relationships with film production companies, independent filmmakers, TV studios, and other entertainment entities.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and demos of the RollPay platform, demonstrating its unique capabilities and benefits tailored to the entertainment sector.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met, and building long-term relationships that enhance client retention and satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product enhancements.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets, with specific goals including:
• Securing at least 20 new client accounts each quarter.
• Achieving a quarterly sales volume of NGN 300 million.
• Maintaining a client retention rate of 95% through effective account management and client support.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the technology, software, or entertainment industries.
• Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
